Poemewomen

As someone who has had a series of signature scents throughout the years, I thought it might be fun to try to collect, wherever possible, my scents from years past. And Poeme was my scent for most of the latter part of the '90s, so it seemed like a good start. I had discovered a sample ad in a magazine in '95 when it was launched and it was love at first sniff. And, yep. Still love it. Rich, intoxicating and a real powerhouse, just as I'd remembered. There's just something so very extroverted and grand about these older '80s and '90s scents, and I am here for it! If you haven't yet tried it, it's floral but not light. It's definitely a scent of substance - a little heavy and rich, to my nose, in the best possible way. And a little spicy, to me, too. And there is no lack of staying power, which I love. I thought the winning quality here would be the memories it would evoke, but it turns out that, nope. This one is still a keeper. It seems a little up in the air whether or not full bottles will ever again become available, but if you are unafraid of a statement fragrance, you really owe it to yourself to sample this one while you can. It's like nothing else.

I love love, love this fragrance. I was very happy to see it here in a travel size because I can't afford the largest one. Items came pretty quickly and I enjoyed shopping this site.
